After violent clashes took place between demonstrators and supporters at a Trump rally in Chicago yesterday, the leading Republican candidate went to speak in Ohio today and was startled by a suspicious person who passed behind him, causing a scare amongst Trump’s security guards who rushed to protect their candidate. Trump addressed the violent clashes in Chicago today, which forced him to cancel the rally, calling the entire incident “a disgrace”.Meanwhile, Trump’s Republican rivals took the opportunity to attack the leading candidate. “In any campaign, responsibility starts at the top,” claimed Republican candidate Ted Cruz. “Any candidate is responsible for the culture of the campaign. When you have a campaign that disrespects the voters, when you have a campaign that affirmatively encourages violence, and when you have a campaign that is facing allegations of physical violence against members of the press, you create an environment that only encourages this sort of nasty discord.”
