Bhutan is a traditional Nepali food that is eaten in Nepal especially in festival seasons. Everyone loves to eat the delicious food and this is the festive season so meat is essential part of it. Here is an instruction to make a delicious Khasi Ko Bhutan. The ingredients we will be needing to prepare the food are, Goat Stomach, Goat Livers, Goat  Intestine, 1 tsp cinnamon powder or 1 stick cinnamon, 1 tbsp fennel seeds, 1 lemon juice, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1/4 cup oil. Now, Clean Stomach, liver and intestine with hot water. Boil water in large pot and add the stomach, liver, and intestine. Add cinnamon, fennel seeds, cardamom to remove smell. Boil for 20-25 minutes. Cut into bite size pieces Heat a pan and add oil and turmeric powder.
